Requirements
Must:
To be successful as an M365 Support Engineer, you should have experience in the following areas:
- Managing and supporting Azure and M365 Tenant environments.
- Administering Exchange and Proofpoint email security solutions.
- Scripting and automating tasks using PowerShell.
Additionally, some highly valued skills may include:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Graph API for advanced integration and automation.
- Experience using monitoring and backup tools such as Splunk, ESAAS, and Rubrik.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide technical support based on the service management function to resolve complex issues for clients.
- Develop the support model and service offering to improve service delivery.
- Execute preventative maintenance tasks on hardware and software, utilizing monitoring tools to identify and prevent potential issues.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge base of resolved cases for future reference, self-service opportunities, and knowledge sharing.
- Analyze system logs, error messages, and user reports to identify root causes of issues and implement resolutions.
- Drive automation, monitoring enhancements, capacity management, resiliency, and business continuity management.
- Identify and remediate potential service-impacting risks and issues.
- Proactively assess support activities and implement efficiencies through automation and tuning of monitoring tools.
