M365 Messaging Administrator

In this role, I will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft 365 or Entra. I will provide operational support for various messaging and collaboration technologies. My tasks will include participating in on-call rotations and handling after-hours support when needed. I will be responsible for delivering reports and updates directly to the hiring manager. I will effectively monitor and maintain the bank’s critical technology infrastructure, addressing complex technical issues while minimizing disruptions. My key accountabilities will include: - Providing technical support for the service management function and developing service models to enhance customer support. - Executing preventative maintenance tasks and utilizing monitoring tools to identify and address potential issues. - Maintaining a knowledge base with detailed documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing. - Analyzing system logs, error messages, and user reports to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. - Implementing automations to enhance stability and efficiency in support activities. - Identifying potential service-impacting risks and appropriately managing those issues. ###
