Java Full-Stack Developer

This position will be based out of our London Canary Wharf Office. As an Assistant Vice President, I will advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness while collaborating closely with other functions and business divisions. Leading a team performing complex tasks will require me to set objectives and coach employees toward those objectives, appraise performance against these goals, and determine reward outcomes. It is essential that I demonstrate a clear set of leadership behaviors to create an environment for colleagues to thrive and deliver consistently excellent results. If acting as an individual contributor, I will lead collaborative assignments, guiding team members through structured tasks and identifying needs for additional specialization. Effective communication will be crucial, particularly when addressing complex information, influencing stakeholders, and engaging in data analysis from various sources to creatively and effectively solve problems.
