Must:
To be successful as a Full Stack Developer, we expect you to have experience with the following technologies and concepts:
- PowerCurve Strategy Manager (PCSM)
- Databases, specifically Java and SQL
- Knowledge of Unsecured Borrowing and exposure to Credit Risk Management
- AWS platform
- A comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle
In addition to the above, the following skills are highly valued:
- Experience with the Open-Source Hadoop Ecosystem
- Familiarity with machine learning scoring tools such as PCSM or BLAZE

Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Developer, your primary purpose will be to design, develop, and enhance software that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. Your specific accountabilities will include:
- Developing and delivering high-quality software solutions by utilizing industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Ensuring that the code you write is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.
- Participating in code reviews and promoting a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing among peers.
- Staying informed of industry technology trends and innovations, and actively contributing to our technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
- Adhering to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
- Implementing effective unit testing practices to ensure code design, readability, and reliability.
Description
In this role, you will also be expected to fulfill Assistant Vice President expectations, which include consulting on complex issues, advising People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated matters, and identifying ways to mitigate risk while developing new policies and procedures that align with our control and governance agenda. You will take ownership of managing risk and reinforcing controls related to your work. You will collaborate across different areas to understand how they coordinate and contribute to achieving organizational objectives, engage in complex data analysis from various internal and external sources, and communicate complex information effectively. It is important to influence and convince stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
