Frontend Engineer

As a Frontend Engineer, I seek candidates with: - A strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including ES6, closures, promises, async/await, and functional programming concepts. - The ability to write clean, optimized code independently of heavy reliance on frameworks. - Proficiency in at least one major framework (React, Angular, or Vue), including state management, component architecture, and performance optimization techniques. - Experience in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, implementing code splitting, optimizing bundle sizes, and ensuring smooth rendering across devices. - Strong CSS skills, including flexbox, grid, animations, and the capability to create pixel-perfect implementations across all modern browsers and device sizes. Additionally, I value: - Good typing skills, interface design, and the ability to leverage TypeScript to enhance code quality and developer experience. - Experience with testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) and a knack for implementing comprehensive test coverage. - Understanding of build pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes for frontend applications. - Knowledge of WCAG standards and experience implementing accessible interfaces compatible with screen readers and assistive technologies.
