Database Reliability Specialist Toft

This position is based in our Knutsford location and holds the title of Assistant Vice President. I will play a crucial role in advising and influencing decision-making, contributing to policy development, and ensuring operational effectiveness. Leading a team performing complex tasks, I will leverage my well-developed professional knowledge and skills to impact the entire business function. As part of this role, I will set objectives and coach employees in achieving those objectives, appraising performance and determining reward outcomes. If I am an individual contributor, I will lead collaborative assignments, guiding team members and identifying the need for cross-functional methodologies to meet required outcomes. I’ll take ownership in managing risk and strengthening controls related to our work, while engaging in complex analysis of data from various sources to solve problems creatively.
