Database Engineer Toft - Toft

This position will be based in our Knutsford location. As an Assistant Vice President, you will advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. You will lead a team performing complex tasks, leveraging your professional knowledge and skills to deliver impactful work across the business function. In this role, setting objectives and coaching employees will be key, along with appraising performance relative to those objectives and determining reward outcomes. If you hold leadership responsibilities, you will be expected to demonstrate clear leadership behaviors that create an environment for colleagues to thrive. For individual contributors, you will lead collaborative assignments and guide team members while identifying new directions for projects and assignments. You will also advise People Leaders on complex issues, provide insights to mitigate risk, and develop new policies in line with governance agendas. We expect you to engage in complex data analysis from various sources to solve problems creatively, communicate complex information effectively, and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
