Cloud and AI Governance Manager

- Support the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of Barclays enterprise cloud and AI governance processes. - Oversee public cloud adoption to ensure alignment with Barclays Policies, Standards, and Controls as outlined in the Cloud Controls Framework (CCF). - Manage key governance forums to ensure consistent risk assessment, appropriate approval, and compliance with Barclays risk appetite. - Ensure end-to-end governance processes operate seamlessly as part of BAU, promoting consistency, transparency, and accountability across all Public Cloud and AI deployments. - Develop strategic direction for risk, including implementation of up-to-date methodologies and processes. - Manage the risk department, including oversight of colleagues performance and priorities. - Engage in relationship management with risk stakeholders and maintain quality of external third-party services. - Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda. - Collaborate closely with other functions/business divisions to enhance operational effectiveness.
