Requirements
Must:
- Experience in organizing and leading Technology Governance Fora
- Strong skills in cross-functional stakeholder communication and coordination
- Proficiency in Governance Artefact Design
- Understanding of AI / GenAI / Cloud is desirable
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office – PPT, Excel, Word
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage, and ensure effective functioning of Group Cloud and AI Governance forums
- Ensure the Cloud Adoption Forum operates efficiently and accurately according to the agreed Terms of Reference (ToR)
- Issue minutes, decisions, and communications as per agreed messaging and structure
- Own and manage the detailed agenda for forums
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all forum artefacts (packs, reports, minutes, records)
- Maintain and evolve forum pack templates based on feedback
- Enforce adherence to forum design, operating model, and ToR
- Record and trace decisions, approvals, actions, and outcomes
- Document and escalate deviations from governance processes to the Head of
- Distribute forum packs in advance to support informed discussion and decision-making
- Provide assurance that governance is operating as intended and remains inspection-ready

We are seeking a Cloud Governance Manager to join our growing team, which collaborates with senior stakeholders up to board level while utilizing the latest technologies. The role will report to the Head of Tech Governance and is based in Knutsford or London.
