Back-End Engineer

This role is based in either our Knutsford or Glasgow office. I expect you to contribute to policy development and operational effectiveness, collaborating closely with other functions and business divisions. If your position involves leadership responsibilities, I want you to demonstrate leadership behaviors that create an environment where colleagues can thrive and consistently deliver excellence. For those in individual contributor roles, you will lead collaborative assignments and guide team members through structured tasks, ensuring alignment with other areas of specialization when necessary. Risk management, developing new policies and procedures, and collaborating with various work areas to keep pace with business activities and strategies are crucial aspects of this role.
