AVP Software Engineer - Public Cloud

You will lead a team performing complex tasks using well-developed professional knowledge and skills to deliver results that impact the entire business function. This includes setting objectives, coaching employees, appraising performance relative to objectives, and determining reward outcomes. If you are an individual contributor, you will lead collaborative assignments and guide team members through structured tasks, identifying the need for the inclusion of other specializations to achieve project goals. Your responsibilities will also include consulting on complex issues to provide advice to People Leaders, identifying ways to mitigate risk, developing new policies and procedures, and taking ownership of managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to your work. You will engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources and communicate intricate information effectively. Influencing and persuading stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes will also be a key part of your role.
