Responsibilities

- Design and deliver robust, scalable data solutions that support the Bank’s core responsibilities around monetary policy, financial stability, and regulatory supervision. - Participate in daily team stand-ups to share updates, surface blockers, and align on priorities. - Engage in hands-on engineering by designing and building data pipelines using Databricks, Python, and Spark, reviewing documentation, and contributing to code reviews. - Collaborate with stakeholders, including data scientists, analysts, and delivery managers, to gather technical requirements and provide updates on data-related queries. - Share support duties across the team by running daily checks and resolving issues to maintain data infrastructure. - Involve yourself in Agile ceremonies like backlog refinements and sprint plannings to shape team priorities. - Mentor junior team members, offering guidance and sharing knowledge to foster a collaborative team culture. - Pursue opportunities for growth, such as exploring new tools or attending internal workshops focused on upskilling. ###
