Responsibilities

As a senior developer, I will lead the mentoring and upskilling of less experienced team members, facilitate Epics/Sprints planning, and play a central role in the RTGS Technology team. My responsibilities will include: - Delivering, supporting, maintaining, and operating the in-house written RTGS application. - Resolving problem tickets through detailed root cause analysis. - Participating in daily stand-up meetings to discuss workload and blockers. - Engaging in development tasks, including coding new functions, fixing problems, or participating in project-related activities. - Drafting and raising change requests through the Bank’s formal processes. - Representing technology during audits and leading learning/master classes to enhance team knowledge. - Ensuring the RTGS system runs smoothly during close and providing standby cover as required.
