Requirements
Must:
- 1–2 years hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (or actively working toward it)
- Strong understanding of core objects: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases
- Hands-on experience configuring complex Flows
- Ability to manage configuration changes independently
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (desirable)
- Experience with integrations or third-party applications (desirable)
- Understanding of Agile ways of working (desirable)
- Experience using JIRA or similar tools (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce (fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards)
- Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets
- Troubleshoot system and user issues, providing timely resolutions
- Maintain system integrity and data quality
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to understand needs and improve processes
- Translate business requirements into user stories and configuration solutions
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage change deployments
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Support data analysis to inform decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and reporting quality
- Maintain system documentation and release notes
- Ensure changes align with Salesforce best practice
- Contribute to platform roadmap and improvement initiatives
