Requirements
Must:
- Education or strong background in IT.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in writing logical code components (in languages such as Python, C#) is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office/365.
- Understanding of case management systems would be beneficial.
- A dedicated mindset with a vision for a long-term career in a rewarding culture.
- Familiarity with Object Oriented Programming, source/version control (GitHub), project management tools (Azure, DevOps, Trello, Monday.com), and relational databases would be beneficial.
- Must have the right to work in the UK and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.
Responsibilities
- Complete an internal training course over 12 months to aid continuous professional development.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to liaise with clients and third parties, proactively resolving queries.
- Use analytical problem-solving skills to diagnose issues, implement fixes, and deliver resolutions via the Helpdesk.
- Respond to requests based on priority, adhering to Service Level Agreements.
- Manage time and workload resourcefully, taking pride in the work completed and understanding its place in the business.
- Work efficiently across two teams providing support to Techedia's client base with Case Management support queries and contribute to the development of middleware solutions.
- Receive full training and support from your workplace mentor and the Baltic team.
Description

In this role, you will work towards your Level 3 Software Developer qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
We offer a competitive salary of £15,000 per year, with core working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. You will benefit from 20 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays, the option to purchase additional holidays, your birthday off, sick pay, monthly paid lunch, and regular staff events.
