Responsibilities
- Provide IT support across all DEKRA IT systems, including web applications, desktop and mobile computing, printing, and telephony to both internal and external stakeholders
- Review technical support related processes and documentation for continuous improvement
- Collaborate as an active member of the wider local and global IT organization in a flexible and supportive manner
- Assist in maintaining and improving the performance of existing systems and software
- Plan and execute data migrations, imports, and exports as required
- Author and format technical documentation suitable for the intended audience
- Respond to various tasks, projects, or programs as needed
- Attend meetings with DEKRA and clients when required
Description
We at DEKRA UK are looking for a curious and motivated Junior Data Analyst Apprentice to kick-start your career. This apprenticeship provides an excellent opportunity for young talent to dive into the realm of data, translating raw information into valuable insights that inform business decisions. As part of our global company, which is well-regarded for its commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability, you'll gain hands-on experience by working with real datasets, collaborating with diverse teams, and contributing to impactful projects. This isn't just a learning experience; it's a chance for you to develop practical skills, understand industry-leading processes, and build a solid foundation for a career in data analytics. You'll work towards your Level 3 Data Technician qualification, supported by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Additionally, the apprenticeship offers a salary of £25,000 per annum, with working hours from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. After your apprenticeship, we will assist you in taking the next steps in your career, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification. With Baltic Apprenticeships, you will learn essential data skills such as sourcing, formatting, and presenting data, as well as understanding legal and ethical principles when handling business data.
