- Exchange Enterprise administration
- Palo Alto firewall administration
- Telephone system administration
- Printer administration
- Windows and Apple Mobile device maintenance
- Innovative and effective problem solver
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload and execute tasks under pressure
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain operational effectiveness of all servers, PCs, laptops, peripherals, and other IT equipment and hardware
- Manage the installation, maintenance, and performance of all IT networks and software on all IT equipment
- Review and maintain the resilience, security, and backup of IT systems, testing procedures regularly
- Manage and resolve IT Helpdesk queries and issues
- Manage day-to-day tasks and develop the Assistant IT Support Engineer
- Liaise with IT support organizations and suppliers
- Provide technical advice and guidance to management and staff on IT related issues
- Review, manage, and maintain printer, telephone, and mobile communication equipment and resolve all related issues
- Manage and maintain the IT integration of all other electronic devices
- Manage, plan, and perform the IT and telecommunication elements of business-driven office moves and reorganizations
- Provide cover to IT Systems Developer to ensure day-to-day IT service levels are maintained
