Requirements
Must:
- 3rd level education and a background within a similar IT Support environment.
- Experience with Office 365 Desktop Apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Familiarity with Office 365 administration including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and VMWare.
- Good communication skills with excellent written and verbal abilities.
- A valid driver's license and ideally access to your own vehicle due to site location.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for all PC hardware, software, and associated peripherals.
- Log support calls and document their outcomes to facilitate the resolution of common queries.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems to agreed standards.
- Perform upgrades, new installations, and carry out routine procedures on site infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot system, server, and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults.
- Facilitate the effective operation and daily support of the company network, systems, and processes.
