Responsibilities
- Learn to monitor IT systems and production networks for unusual activity or potential security issues.
- Assist in identifying and reporting risks that could affect manufacturing operations or data security.
- Support the team in responding to security alerts, helping to keep systems running smoothly.
- Help with routine checks and updates to ensure machines, devices, and software meet security standards.
- Assist in managing user accounts and access permissions, including staff working on production systems.
- Contribute to creating and updating security guidelines for both office and factory environments.
- Work with IT and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues.
- Learn about protecting operational technology (OT) and connected devices used in manufacturing.
- Stay informed about new cybersecurity trends, especially those affecting industrial systems.
