Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, including diagnosing and resolving common faults.
- Support cybersecurity monitoring tasks, identifying potential vulnerabilities and escalating risks.
- Assist in routine network troubleshooting, configuration, and securing of devices and systems.
- Support the implementation of cybersecurity best practices to protect systems and data from unauthorized access.
- Carry out basic cybersecurity testing and document findings.
- Log and document all support activities in line with internal processes.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues when required.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external users.
