Responsibilities
- Configure and install network hardware including switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Assist with basic cybersecurity monitoring tasks, such as reviewing alerts or updating security software
- Learn to use AI-driven tools for automating routine IT support tasks or analyzing system performance
- Monitor and review network infrastructure to ensure effective operational uptime and network performance
- Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams outlining the network architecture and procedures
- Provide technical support to localized IT Teams and assist with network-related inquiries
- Respond to security incidents to ensure the integrity of the network
- Support the setup and maintenance of smart office technologies (e.g., connected meeting rooms, digital signage, or automated systems)
- Contribute to testing and troubleshooting smart devices or AI-powered applications used within the company
Description
