Smart Systems and Cyber Apprentice

In this apprenticeship role, you will have the opportunity for hands-on work with enterprise technology and engage with key stakeholders within our company. Your key duties will include: - Configuring and installing network hardware such as switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. - Assisting with basic cybersecurity monitoring tasks, including reviewing alerts and updating security software. - Learning to use AI-driven tools for automating routine IT support tasks or analyzing system performance. - Monitoring and reviewing network infrastructure to ensure operational uptime and optimal network performance. - Creating and maintaining technical documentation and diagrams outlining network architecture and procedures. - Providing technical support to local IT teams and assisting with network-related inquiries. - Responding to security incidents to protect network integrity. - Supporting the setup and maintenance of smart office technologies, including connected meeting rooms and automated systems. - Contributing to the testing and troubleshooting of smart devices or AI-powered applications used within the company.
