Responsibilities
As an apprentice at our friendly IT Support company, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work alongside our experienced staff. Your key duties will include:
- Troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems (training provided)
- Supporting client-specific applications like Sage Act and QuickBooks, providing assistance through our software helpdesk
- Troubleshooting and investigating IT issues at client offices
Description
