Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for desktop applications, hardware, and peripheral devices.
- Maintain IT issues and help notes.
- Liaise with external support resources as needed.
- Assist in building and testing future desktop setups.
- Support any other department member in fulfilling their duties.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested.

In this role, you will provide support and administration for all desktop applications and actively promote the best interests of the firm at all times. Training will be provided for all duties.
