Must:
- Experience in managing outsourced IT service desks and multiple suppliers
- Proven experience leading AI transformation initiatives, including implementing organisation-wide technology changes
- Significant experience in leading the implementation and ongoing development of CRM (preferably Salesforce) in a charity or membership organisation
- Ability to identify and plan future needs from a digital and technical perspective
Responsibilities
- Review and manage outsourced IT services
- Ensure applications are optimised and comply with best practice data protection
- Lead an AI transformation agenda to adopt the efficiencies of AI
- Develop, implement, and monitor a plan to embed the benefits of AI across the organisation
- Identify opportunities for AI and harness automation and cost savings
- Maintain security of data and compliance with membership requirements
- Work with colleagues at all levels to ensure the best applications are in use

We are the Business Disability Forum, the leading membership organization dedicated to disability inclusion, working with over 600 members employing over 5 million people in the UK and 16 million worldwide. We provide evidence-based thought leadership and influence policymakers to improve the life experiences of disabled individuals. This part-time role, based in a hybrid working model with one day per week at our office in London, offers the opportunity to lead our IT and AI initiatives, ensuring we become more efficient and accessible for all.
