Responsibilities
- Accountable for platform System Administration supporting critical Networks
- Develop and maintain the Business and Service Continuity Model and strategy
- Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all critical and Major Incidents across the Managed Service
- Deputize for the Senior Manager when necessary
