Requirements
Must:
- Understanding of the HR function within a global corporate organization including local HR legislation impacts on systems and processes
- Experience of working end-to-end across a service delivery value chain
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Clear thinker with vision, passion, and energy
- Strong attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of the HR SaaS solution
- Excellent documentation and written communication skills
- Experience in requirements gathering and driving true SaaS adoption
- Understanding of basic XML concepts, system development, and testing
- Understanding of GUI and configuration items
- Working knowledge of tools used in a run team environment (e.g., ticketing tools, testing)
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and Agile development
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of technical solutions for both customers and colleagues
- Deliver on the resolution of inter-system issues within cross-functional squads
- Execute technical decisions and architecture for high-performance products
- Design and develop software solutions in accordance with architecture and security standards
- Undertake technical reviews to update knowledge and skills in software engineering principles
- Write, test, and review code while communicating effectively with team members
- Integrate existing software products and solve routine compatibility issues
- Maintain systems by monitoring and correcting software defects
- Implement and maintain high-quality tools and automation processes for continuous delivery
- Support the delivery of an ambitious technical roadmap
- Assist with engineering and operational excellence initiatives
- Collaborate as a software engineer delivering features to internal customers
