Requirements
Must:
- Experience utilizing AWS cloud services, both compute and appropriate managed services.
- Expertise in developing for cloud, with experience in iterative full-stack development in appropriate languages (e.g., node.js or Python).
- Experience in delivering Kubernetes or AWS EKS solutions.
- Experience managing infrastructure-as-code, for example using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Experience managing or mentoring more junior colleagues.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Security, Cloud Migration, Operating Systems, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment Automation & Orchestration, and Inclusive Leadership.
Responsibilities
- Be hands-on in the build and development of world-class secure cloud-based solutions as part of an agile delivery team.
- Lead the design of cloud solutions.
- Work directly with our customers to understand their requirements.
- Collaborate with support teams to enable management and monitoring of cloud-based systems and their ongoing support.
- Provide some third-line support to deployed cloud-based solutions.
- Line manage several junior members of the team, assisting them in their professional development.
