Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years experience in a DevOps role demonstrating ownership of a critical platform
- Experience leading a DevOps squad proving oversight and leadership for team members
- Expertise in End-to-End Solution Delivery, including requirement gathering, designing, and implementing solutions
- Experience with containerization technology and orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, operating, and monitoring CI/CD pipeline tools
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Golang
- Experience with GitLab CI or GitHub Actions
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana and ELK
- Understanding of Agile software development systems and JIRA tools
- Strong communication skills, including documentation writing for both technical and business audiences
- Proven problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for autonomous learning
- Assertiveness and ability to drive through change
- Excellent team working skills, including collaboration within a geographically dispersed team
Advantageous:
- SIEM experience with Elastic Stack (ELK)
- Knowledge of ArgoCD, Terraform, and CI/CD tools (Ansible, CircleCI, Jenkins)
- Knowledge of offensive testing frameworks and message processing (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Understanding of Linux, Windows, and Network Administration
- Familiarity with cloud services (public or private) and concepts such as OpenStack and K8S
- DevOps qualifications and knowledge of Telecoms Security Act (TSA)
- Understanding of architectural concepts like microservices and service mesh
- Strong knowledge of security policy and regulatory frameworks
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership while working in a high-performing team of engineers
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration, automating deployment and scaling of containerized applications
- Implement best practices for Kubernetes configuration and security
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Elastic Stack on Kubernetes (ECK)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline software delivery and automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools
- Troubleshoot issues along the CI/CD pipeline
- Act as product owner, breaking down top-level requirements into product backlogs for quarterly/sprint planning
- Interface with program and project managers to ensure appropriate security architecture engagement
- Provide technology coaching and mentoring both inside and outside the team
- Foster a growth mindset, promoting continual learning and improvement of skills
- Take ownership of mission-critical shared infrastructure

As part of our Security Engineering platform team, you will lead and implement our SIEM Automation strategy.
