- Knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP & OSI seven-layer model and how data networks are structured and operate.
- Knowledge of the best engineering practices and continuous delivery.
- Always maintain appropriate levels of clearance (MPS, NPPV3 & SC clearances).
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver brilliant, industry redefining platforms as well as your own skills.
- Act as a cyber incident decision maker, ensuring that mitigation controls and incident response are appropriate.
- Provide security advice and remediation to Lines of Business within BT and external customers.
- Complete and own integration testing on new products and services, producing all relevant supporting documentation.
- Support the team leader and line manager.
- Ensure full awareness of the need to always safeguard sensitive customer information.
