Requirements
Must:
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams especially during challenging projects
- Team player who supports colleagues and shares knowledge
- Experience in Low Level Design
- Technical support and accountability throughout the implementation life cycle
- Proven ability to develop trusted customer relationships
- Ownership and accountability of risks with relevant mitigations
- Expert level experience with Cisco Catalyst, Cisco DNA Center (DNAC), and Cisco ISE
- Knowledge of firewalls design, implementation, and configuration is desirable
- Detailed knowledge of WiFi deployments using Ekahau for predictive and APOS assessments
- Proven ability to deploy configuration from designs
Responsibilities
- Capture detailed customer technical requirements and translate to solution design
- Act as a single point of contact, managing technical direction and optimal solution design for customers
- Manage review and validation processes for new developments and existing services
- Drive improvements in design and delivery capabilities for technical solutions
- Manage customer solution design engagement and statement of work creation
- Facilitate strong customer relationships at senior levels through service design expertise
- Undertake customer migration planning and implementation
- Resolve complex solution and service issues, leading root cause analysis
- Identify potential risks and implement controls and mitigations
- Deliver thought leadership in complex bids and strategic customer solution design
