Responsibilities
- Visit business customers to assist with broadband and network connections
- Listen to customer problems and carry out initial fault-finding
- Provide simple fixes such as restarting routers and checking Wi-Fi signal strength
- Set up phone solutions and maintain mobile 5G network
- Survey customer sites, including drone surveys (training provided)
- Report service improvement opportunities back to the team
- Escalate unresolved issues to specialist teams
