Responsibilities
- Undertake routine daily activities and be accountable for system design, build, testing, validation, maintenance, and ongoing support of network and cloud infrastructure components.
- Implement new and enhanced technology that aligns with our customers’ strategic direction for enterprise, cloud, and remote site connectivity.
- Manage the deployment, testing, and configurations of new platforms, both physical and cloud-based, and the associated integration of these systems to provide end-to-end monitored services.
- Participate in technology lifecycle planning, including contributing to technology roadmaps and future capability development.
- Deliver the required documentation, knowledge transfer, and training to successfully land new solutions into the support organization.
