IT-Sicherheitsmitarbeiter

As part of our team, you will assist in delivering the Bank's strategic Cyber Security roadmap and maintaining regulatory compliance. You’ll act as a security point of contact to advise and guide the IT team on effective ways to operate our diverse security tooling. You will lead the creation and delivery of our cyber security awareness and training program, which includes mandatory training and Phishing simulation exercises. Additionally, you’ll utilize specialist security tools to resolve security issues and related requests. Your role will also involve collecting, collating, and presenting assurance that our security controls operate as intended and within our risk tolerance. This includes organizing vulnerability management and penetration testing exercises. You will interpret and disseminate information about the current Cyber threat landscape and assist in identifying innovative controls and mitigations. Generating security performance metrics and KPIs will also be part of your responsibilities, as well as ensuring that the Bank can respond effectively to and recover from Cyber security incidents. Furthermore, you will support the delivery of relevant Risk and Control Assessments related to technology and cyber risk.
