Security Lead, UK & Northern Europe

- Act as the Security Lead across bp businesses in the UK & Northern Europe - Deliver the security risk management framework in the area of responsibility - Provide security expertise and oversight to safeguard personnel, assets, and operations - Offer specialist security input on emerging threats and required mitigation measures - Identify, assess, and monitor security threats affecting personnel and assets - Maintain oversight of the regional security risk profile and governance processes - Ensure security considerations are integrated into business decision-making - Support leadership through security briefings and threat updates - Maintain strong relationships with internal partners to manage security risks - Lead and coordinate activities of Business Security Representatives - Act as a focal point for security support in locations without a dedicated security presence - Oversee development and implementation of security measures aligned to risk - Conduct security reviews and assurance activities across operations - Facilitate exchange of threat information with intelligence teams - Maintain relationships with government and law enforcement for situational awareness - Contribute to incident management and crisis response as needed - Ensure activities align with Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights - Conduct site visits to assure security arrangements
