Requirements

- Extensive years of experience in development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar field
- Experience in building mission-critical systems, ideally in financial institutions
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- A results-driven personality
- A passion for changing the status quo, with the ability to adapt and lead through change
- Prior experience with front office trading systems
- Low latency trading experience
- Knowledge of co-location infrastructure
- Experience working with high-performance messaging systems
- Hands-on development with FIX APIs

Responsibilities
- Lead by example in system design, code quality, and agile development to engineer scalable and performant solutions across the full software lifecycle
- Leverage AI to its full capability to accelerate innovation and solution delivery while promoting a culture of AI-led development
- Collaborate in small cross-functional agile teams comprised of skilled product managers, traders, sales teams, and fellow technologists, all putting the client at the heart of everything we do
- Drive continuous improvement within the team, valuing relentless curiosity and a growth mindset
- Work with Product Managers to devise and deliver new innovative FX products
- Provide mentorship and guidance across the team, fostering professional growth and technical development
