Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 1–2 years of demonstrable Quality Assurance Analysis experience in a software development environment
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in functional and non-functional testing of software
- Understanding of software testing best practices and their applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop excellent working relationships internally and externally
- Experience with defect management and ALM tools is a plus
- Enthusiastic and reliable with a passion for Quality Assurance
- Willingness to learn and grow within the team
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis, design, and execution of functional and non-functional testing of software
- Conduct testing using software best practices
- Collaborate with team members to enhance testing processes
- Participate in training and support regarding the latest Software and AI technologies
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
