Requirements
Must:
- Degree educated in IT/Computing
- 2-3 years of hands-on IT/Infrastructure Support experience
- Expertise in Microsoft products (O365, Intune, Microsoft Entra, Exchange)
- Proficiency in Networking, Windows, Active Directory, and Storage Management
- Experience with VMWare
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to develop excellent working relationships with internal and external partners
- Reliable, enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused approach
- Desire to learn and grow within the business
Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for IT issues and support, adhering to agreed service levels and standards
- Provide desktop, laptop, mobile, server, and storage support
- Plan, install, and upgrade computer hardware and software, ensuring seamless transitions
- Champion data security and regulatory compliance through patch management and security audits
- Establish and refine documentation of IT processes, incidents, and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve high-level IT issues
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement cutting-edge technology solutions
- Manage remote access and mobile device strategies for secure working arrangements
