Must:
We are looking for someone with 6 years of professional experience in software development, possessing a strong background in both frontend and backend technologies. You should have deep expertise in TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, and RESTful API development. Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native development is essential. Additionally, a strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Redis is important. Proficiency in AWS cloud services, especially Lambda, SQS, S3, Cognito, API Gateway, and EventBridge, is required. Hands-on experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and GitHub Actions is also necessary. Familiarity with frontend tooling such as Vite, ESLint, CSS-in-JS, and testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress is desired. Lastly, excellent communication and collaboration skills, alongside strong leadership abilities, are crucial for guiding teams through technical decisions.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Lead Engineer, I will expect you to lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance applications across both frontend and backend systems. Collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers will be key to delivering features that create exceptional user experiences. You will actively engage in exploring, evaluating, and adopting the latest Generative AI tools and practices to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and accelerate development across the engineering team. Your day-to-day will involve leading full stack development using ReactJS, TypeScript, Node.js, and related technologies, architecting and implementing robust, scalable, and secure APIs and web applications. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers, own and maintain key features across both frontend and backend layers, and drive coding standards and best practices. Identifying and resolving complex performance, scalability, and reliability challenges will be part of your role, along with contributing to DevOps processes and participating in architecture discussions.
