Must:

- I possess experience with financial markets and quantitative finance, particularly in FX derivatives and fixed income products, such as bond pricing and yield curve construction.
- I am familiar with mathematical modeling, numerical methods, algorithm development, and the associated tooling.
- I have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- I can communicate effectively and present authoritatively.
- I am naturally inquisitive, with a strong desire to keep learning.
- I combine a rigorous theory-driven approach with the pragmatism to get things done.
- I maintain strong attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy.
- I have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- I am self-motivated and comfortable switching between independent and collaborative work.
Responsibilities
- I will prototype and evaluate pricing algorithms and models, ensuring their successful transition into high-performance production code.
- I will collaborate with traders and other stakeholders to ensure our algorithms remain at the cutting edge as markets evolve.
- I will be accountable for the quantitative strategy.
- I will construct and maintain test data for regression testing and back-casting of algorithms.
- I will provide support and assist in troubleshooting issues.
- I will continuously improve and optimize existing models and algorithms.
- I will stay up-to-date with the latest developments in quantitative finance and technology.
