Responsibilities
- Provide daily lineside support for technical issues including non-conformities, concessions, missing parts, tooling and DQNs.
- Manage and escalate Work Orders and blocked tasks.
- Support continuous improvement, LEAN activities, and process optimisation.
- Raise tooling repairs/modifications and support asset updates.
- Uphold EHS and quality standards and support material flow for rework.
Description
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Support Engineer to deliver fast, effective lineside support on a busy manufacturing shopfloor in Broughton. You will resolve technical issues while supporting production continuity and acting as a key connection between production, engineering, quality, and logistics teams. This contract role runs until November 2026, with the likelihood of extension, and offers competitive pay with opportunities for overtime.
