Requirements
Must:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to communicate to stakeholders at all levels of the organization and 3rd parties
- Experience with technologies such as JavaScript, React, C# .NET, Python, SQL, APIs, Azure, Power Platform, SaaS, PaaS, and IaC
- Exposure to and understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, NLP, MCP)
- Experience in architecture and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, C4, UML, TOGAF, Microsoft Well-Architected Framework, design patterns)
- Experience using modern tools for delivery (e.g., Azure DevOps, LeanIX, Lucidchart, Figma, Balsamiq, M365)
- Excellent understanding of public cloud hosted infrastructure and application integrations
- Experience in building Minimum Viable Products (MVP) and working with product teams
- Experience evaluating and working with SaaS products
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical delivery of prototypes and digital products within an agile squad
- Participate in the discovery of new opportunities, turning problem statements into business outcome-driven technical proposals
- Solve problems using creative approaches and emerging technologies
- Become a subject matter expert within an assigned business domain
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Integration Architects, and Cloud Architects to build coherent systems within IT environments
- Work alongside Business Analysts and UX Designers to gather and validate requirements, user journeys, and user experiences
- Contribute to the growth of the IT Architecture function, ensuring it is recognized as a valuable asset at BDO
- Adhere to technical, delivery, and service governance standards during solution design
- Produce high-quality technical documentation and adhere to change processes
