Requirements
Must:
- Experience across several of the following: Workflow automation platforms (Make, n8n, Zapier, Workato)
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript or similar
- Experience in API integration and system orchestration
- Knowledge of applied AI / LLM use cases
- Familiarity with cloud or serverless environments
- A builder mindset that is pragmatic, curious, delivery-focused, and comfortable in ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Identify and deliver high-impact automation and AI opportunities
- Build solutions using automation platforms, APIs, data tooling, and LLMs
- Translate complex operational problems into pragmatic technical solutions
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to the evolving technical roadmap and delivery model
Description
We are a newly launched AI & automation consultancy located in Warrington, focused on helping operationally intensive organizations reduce costs, increase speed, and remove friction through pragmatic automation and applied AI. As our first technical hire, you will have genuine influence over engineering direction, delivery approach, and technology choices from day one. Our founder has 25 years of experience in delivering large-scale, mission-critical programs, bringing deep technical credibility and commercial discipline to the team.
