Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in AI and automation solutions
- Proficient in workflow automation platforms (e.g., Make, n8n, Zapier, Workato)
- Strong knowledge of API design, integration, and authentication
- Skilled in Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages
- Familiarity with AI/ML models (LLMs, embeddings, classification, summarization)
- Experience with data wrangling and ETL tools
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and serverless architectures
- Understanding of RPA or orchestration frameworks
- Senior-level experience, comfortable as the sole tech specialist
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver automation and AI solutions for various SMEs
- Build a library of reusable modules, components, and internal frameworks
- Engage directly with stakeholders to understand needs and identify opportunities
- Define solution architecture, including solution patterns, approach, and best practices
- Grow and lead a team of engineers as the client base expands
- Define and document the technical roadmap, toolset, environment, and processes
