Must:

- Proficiency in API design, integration, and authentication
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages
- Understanding of AI/ML models (LLMs, embeddings, classification, summarization)
- Experience with data wrangling and ETL tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and serverless architectures
- Knowledge of RPA or orchestration frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Ability to build and deploy at scale with a focus on security and efficiency
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI and automation solutions
- Set up an environment from the ground up
- Choose tools and tech stacks
- Hand-pick and manage a team of engineers
- Create and maintain code libraries and reusable components
- Build internal systems and repeatable solution accelerators
- Ensure security and server efficiency across all solutions
- Develop suitable testing protocols to ensure reliability
- Collaborate with operationally intensive SMEs to uncover AI value
