Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype and iterate features using AI generative tools
- Implement high-performance video streaming for candidate shorts
- Connect our platform with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs to enhance video functionality
- Architect secure payment flows and automate payment splitting
- Build backend services for job postings, talent profiles, and application processing
- Maintain and optimize the internal library of AI prompts
- Design the automation engine that matches employers with candidates
- Establish feedback loops for system learning from hiring decisions
