- Identifying and mapping relevant data sources for business needs - Collecting structured and unstructured data - Sourcing missing data - Organising data into usable formats - Building predictive models - Building machine learning algorithms - Enhancing the data collection process - Processing, cleansing, and verifying data - Analysing data for trends and patterns and to find answers to business questions - Setting up data infrastructure - Developing, implementing, and maintaining databases - Assessing quality of data and designing improvement strategies - Generating information and insights from data sets and identifying trends and patterns - Preparing reports for executive and project teams - Creating visualisations of data - Ensuring compliance with all legislation and BAM policies/procedures - Supporting people engagement in data analytics by fostering a culture of learning, growth, and development - Supporting the development of data analytics to successfully achieve Business Unit, team, and individual goals and objectives - Creating and maintaining effective individual and team working relationships with the Business Unit Management Teams and key clients - Understanding existing customer relationships and their requirements and developing strategies to meet them
