Requirements
Must:
- ProjectWise core administration knowledge
- Experience with permissions/RBAC
- Managed Workspaces expertise
- Familiarity with CDE & ISO 19650 practices
- Understanding of ProjectWise services & integrations
- Skills in workspace implementation
- Security design experience
- Performance tuning capabilities
- Strong governance & documentation skills
- Troubleshooting & user support experience
- Hands-on ProjectWise administration experience across multiple projects
- Practical delivery of managed workspace rollout supporting MicroStation/verticals
- Demonstrated application of CDE/BIM processes with ISO 19650 workflows
- Experience with upgrades & integrations, particularly server/Explorer upgrades
Responsibilities
- Manage datasource ownership & configuration including user management and environment attributes
- Define security & access control through role-based permissions and periodic audits
- Implement and maintain ProjectWise Managed Workspaces
- Optimize performance & file transfer processes
- Align ProjectWise usage with BIM/CDE governance standards
- Configure automations & services for renditions and job scheduling
- Plan and test upgrades for compatibility with applications
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Provide user enablement & technical support
