- I possess expert-level knowledge of Systems Engineering principles and employ strong systems thinking and holistic approaches to requirement definition and management.
- I am familiar with key standards related to requirements specification, such as ISO 15288, ISO 12207, ISO 29148, and IEEE 1016.
- I have proven experience with requirements management tools, specifically IBM DOORS Next, and I am skilled in configuration control.
- I have an in-depth understanding of the full engineering lifecycle, including models like Waterfall and Agile and tools like JIRA.
- I hold a degree (or possess equivalent experience) in a STEM discipline.

Responsibilities
- I lead and manage requirements activities across the engineering lifecycle, applying ISO 15288 principles to ensure traceability from definition to validation.
- I own and maintain the requirements database, ensuring it supports effective decomposition, verification, and specification across system levels.
- I define and implement robust requirements management processes, plans, and database schemas to meet project and customer needs.
- I administer access, training, and support for requirements tools (e.g., DOORS Next) while ensuring good practices are followed across the team.
- I facilitate the integration of tools and data exchange with third parties, ensuring configuration control and data integrity.
- I monitor requirements stability, generate key metrics, and support the production of requirement documentation and specifications.
