Requirements
Must:
- Educational background in Computer Science or Data Science with proven software engineering skills
- Strong understanding of various data science techniques
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language, preferably Python
- Familiarity with document store databases such as Elastic Search
- Knowledge of containerization platforms like Docker
- Understanding of the IP stack and various connection protocols (DNS, SSL, TCP, UDP)
- Excellent communication skills for discussing complex data science concepts with clients
- Task estimation abilities for assessing data science techniques
- Strong time management skills for independent work and task juggling
- Professional conduct in client interactions
Responsibilities
- Implement and prototype data manipulation methodologies
- Work collaboratively within a team of contractors on complex investigation problems
- Engage in discussions to explain data science concepts to clients
- Estimate the relative effort of different data science tasks
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple projects
- Collaborate with other contractors while maintaining a high degree of independence
